I understand and agree to the following conditions for participating in the Elliot Lake 2025 Banner Contest:

All entries must comply with City of Elliot Lake policies.
All artwork must be an original design and submitted by the individual who holds exclusive rights.
Designs will be reviewed by an independent panel by April 21st, 2025. All decisions will be final.
Chosen artwork will be scaled and cropped accordingly and may be subject to other minor modifications.
All chosen artwork will become the property of the City of Elliot Lake.
